Accounts Payable
Paying bills is just as important as being paid yourself. Brennan Bookkeeping makes sure the rent is covered, the lights are on, and your business insurance is up-to-date—giving you more time to spend on your clients, less time to worry about what you are forgetting.
Our workflow is as follows: We receive the bills, process and categorize them, then present them to you for approval and final payment. This maintains your knowledge and participation in every part of your business, without you having to do the work.
Payroll Management
You value your employees and they value getting paid. Did they enter their hours into the system? Do they need to change their deductions? Brennan Bookkeeping LLC works with your employees and payroll provider to make sure everyone is paid on time and accurately, including state and federal payroll taxes.
Additional services we offer include submission of retirement contributions on each payroll. We work with you and your benefit providers to assist with open enrollment, encouraging participation in the benefits you provide.
Trust Accounting
We are well-versed in the Interests on Lawyers Trust Accounts (IOLTA) and 3-way reconciliation. With Brennan Bookkeeping, your IOLTA bank account, check-book trust balance, and the sum of all individual client ledgers all balance neatly.

Financial Reporting
Real time financial reporting is necessary to make sure you achieve your goals for your law firm. Brennan Bookkeeping creates a customized monthly packet of reports so you can see your firm’s fiscal health. We also schedule a monthly phone call to review outstanding concerns or questions.
